Download the coaching audio file and PDF
Instructions: On a computer, right click with your mouse on a “Download” button and specify where you would like to save the file. On a mobile device, tap the “Download” button to put the file on your device. Whatever app is set-up to play the file will open it. There is one audio MP3 file and one PDF.
Save to Google Drive:
Optionally, if you have a Google Drive account, you can save the files to Google Drive. This an easy way to get the files onto a mobile device if you have either:
- Google Drive mobile app on iOS
- Google Drive mobile app on Android
Attention iPhone and iPad users:
Be sure to save the file to your computer first and then sync to your device through iTunes. Learn more on our page for Course Help page.
