Hi, I’m Kara Hill, the founder of My Recruiting Solutions (MRS): A college recruiting resource for student athletes who want to play volleyball at the collegiate level. My mission is to empower student athletes to realize their dreams to play at the next level, to receive a college education, and to accomplish their goals. I developed the slogan “Recruiting Done Differently,” to emphasize my commitment to providing a more effective and efficient recruiting process. We offer intensive workshops on the college recruiting process throughout high school programs, and volleyball clubs in the United States and Canada.
Club volleyball is a huge investment for families, as is a college education. My philosophy philosophy is to educate families on the process and protect their investment.

About My Recruiting Solutions
My Recruiting Solutions is an educational resource for student athletes who want to play volleyball at the collegiate level. We are passionate about helping student athletes find the perfect collegiate program which best suits both their academic and athletic needs. I founded MRS in Southern California in April of 2010.
I have developed a system in recruiting unique to any other service offering clients hands-on customer service, addressing questions with careful consideration of the athlete’s goals, and assisting each athlete throughout the entire process. MRS is all about getting to know your student athlete, understanding what they want in their college experience, and creating the strategy for your athlete to follow to be a success.
MRS’ Affiliation with Mental Toughness Inc.
Mental Toughness Inc. and My Recruiting Solutions (Kara and Kara) have created an affiliation based on a mutual commitment to support elite athletes to achieve their goals. The two Kara’s have successfully benefited from one another’s services for the betterment of their clients and regularly send refer their clients to one another. For example, Mental Toughness Inc. informs all of its volleyball clients of the opportunity of working with My Recruiting Solutions; both because of MRS’ hands-on approach as well as their true commitment to excellence in placing each athlete in the exact school that is right for them. In the opinion of MTI, MRS provides its clients with the step-by-step process to make finding a college volleyball scholarship easy, targeted, and effective so that the client has supreme confidence in the process and the outcome.
